IMP and AMDTH bring together innovation, science, and technology to advance the 2027 International Pipeline Congress.
This collaboration opens up new opportunities to share specialized knowledge, advance cutting-edge solutions, and address the industry’s major challenges, contributing to the development of safer, more efficient, and more competitive hydrocarbon transportation infrastructure.
In preparation for the 2027 International Pipeline Congress, the Mexican Petroleum Institute (IMP) and the Mexican Association of Pipelines and Hydrocarbon Transportation (AMDTH) are strengthening their strategic collaboration to drive innovation, knowledge exchange, and the development of technological solutions for the energy industry.
Taking place from April 12 to 17, 2027, in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, this major event will bring together industry specialists, companies, and institutions to explore new opportunities and address key topics such as pipeline integrity, maintenance, inspection, digitalization, industrial cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.
As part of this initiative, IMP will contribute its scientific, technological, and engineering expertise through the participation of leading specialists in technical forums, plenary sessions, and working groups. The event will also provide an opportunity to showcase the Institute’s capabilities, specialized services, laboratories, and technological developments designed to meet the industry’s current and future needs.
This collaboration will also foster dialogue with key industry stakeholders, including Pemex and Cenagas, encouraging the exchange of expertise and the development of proposals aimed at strengthening Mexico’s hydrocarbon transportation infrastructure.
