The Mexican Petroleum Institute (IMP) and Altopetrum & General Oil de México S.A. de C.V. (ALTOPETRUM) have signed a collaboration agreement to develop, evaluate, and commercialize technological products, solutions, and services applicable to the extraction, transportation, and conditioning of hydrocarbons.
 

The scope of the Collaboration Agreement includes the technical validation and licensing of technologies; the provision of technical assistance and specialized technological services; the supply of chemical products for drilling, completion, and well intervention operations; as well as access to and use of the Mexican Petroleum Institute’s (IMP) high-technology experimental laboratories, for the benefit of the national industry and with direct application across the oil sector value chain.

Through this collaboration, the Mexican Petroleum Institute (IMP) strengthens its strategic role in the oil and gas sector.
